Welcome to the Rolling Meadows and The Lake at Rolling Meadows website. Here you can find all the latest Updates and Important News which we will keep as current as possible. Also you will find all the necessary documents and modification forms you might need pertaining to the Covenants and Restrictions and Architectural and Appearance Guidelines.
Be sure and check out our FAQ Section for additional information about commonly asked questions. There is also a section for important phone numbers you may find useful as a resident. We also have our current newsletter posted; in the future, we will be archiving past newsletters.
If, after reviewing the FAQs, you still have a question, you may use the "Contact Us" Section to send an email to the Homeowner's Association Board, the Architectural Appearance Committee, or to Peggy Price at Community Management Associates. Peggy handles all the administrative functions regarding HOA dues, billing/payment procedures, fines, etc.
We hope that you find our subdivision with its amenities an enjoyable place to live. We look forward to seeing you at the HOA annual meeting which is held in the late fall each year. Information will be posted on the "Updates" Section when available.
* IMPORTANT NEWS *
(Click Headlines for Details)
There has been a rash of criminals lately who are checking cars parked in the subdivision to see if they are unlocked. If unlocked, they steal anything of value inside. If you must park your car in the driveway, be sure and lock it and do not leave any items of value inside. Also keep garage doors closed when you are inside the house or away.
Welcome to our all new and revised Rolling Meadows Website. We have had a major makeover so it will be more relevant to the residents.
